Vintage Gold Plated Bangle Bracelet w/ Ornate Repousse Design - Early to Mid Century Estate Jewelry w/ Engraved Name
A lovely vintage gold plated bracelet - a classic piece of early to mid century jewelry. This vintage piece features an ornate raised or repousse flowing floral design with blooms and leaves that cover the center front of this bracelet. The back is plain with no design and has a shiny finish and an engraved name in the center of this back. The name D. Pauff is engraved in a cursive font on the outside of the back of the bracelet (the exterior). This bracelet is mid century or earlier in age.
This bracelet has a slide closure. The release for the internal slide closure is a very small notched metal piece that is pushed down to open the sliding piece. The sides of the bracelet are simply pushed back together to close it. (The hinge is on the opposite side of the slide closure.)
The bangle bracelet is about 3/4” wide. As this bracelet is a slight oval shape to fit the wrist, it measures approx. 2 3/4” x 2 1/4”. The inner circumference is approx. 8 1/4”. This is an adult sized bracelet.

The bracelet is in fair to nice vintage condition with significant wear at both hinge ends where the gold plate has worn down to the base metal. See photos for details. Item’s price reflects condition. Still a lovely piece of estate jewelry!
