Vintage Green Jamestown Bottle Dated 1957 - Reto Mid century Home Decor Small Bulbous Blown Glass Stamped 1608 Reproduction Colonial Era

Sorry, this item has sold.

A vintage avocado green hand blown glass bottle made as a reproduction of the original bottles made in Colonial Jamestown Virginia. This small bottle is a bulbous shape at the bottom and had a wide rim on the top.

This bottle is marked on the bottom JAMESTOWN VA 1608 and 1957.

This is most likely a commemorative bottle made to celebrate the 350th anniversary of the Jamestown Colony. These reproduced pieces are made in the same way the pieces were originally made and used by the colonists. This bottle was handblown by artisans at the Jamestown Glasshouse and is meant to resemble typical in 1600s bottles.

The lovely retro home decor piece is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks.

Measures 4 1/2” high. Top opening has a 1 1/4" diameter. At the widest it is about 3 1/3” in diameter.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
