Black Amethyst Glass Vase Depression Glass - Frilled Ruffled Rim - Antique / Vintage Unique Home Decor Short Wide Tapered Flower Vase
A small y et beautiful black amethyst depression era glass short vase. The vase has a ruffled or frilled top edge. The top is the widest section and it then tapers towards the bottom and then expands into a wider base section. The base is rounded on the top giving it a soft edge as it extends outward at the end of the tapered mid section. This retro vase is black but has a very subtle amethyst color when held directly to the light.
Measures approx. 4 7/8" high. The top opening has a 5" diameter and the base has a 3 1/4" diameter.
In nice vintage condition with no cracks or chips.
Shiny and striking black vase - would make a great addition to a shelf, table centerpiece or window sill.
