Vintage Hazel Atlas Capri Swirl Blue Glass 9” Fruit Bowl - Retro Depression Era Swirl w/ Scalloped Top Edge

$25.20 $28.00

A beautiful blue glass bowl made by the Hazel Atlas Company. This is in the Capri Swirl pattern in their blue color. This was referred to as a Fruit Bowl. The sides are paneled and as the pattern name explains, they are in a swirl pattern. The bottom of the bowl has an eight petaled swirl flower shape on it. This pattern has long been discontinued. The swirls on the sides catch the light and leave a shadow of a swirl on the surface it is placed upon.

diameter of top - 9”
height - 3"

In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some wear and scratching commensurate with vintage age - circa 1930-1940s. Item's price reflects condition. Still a bright and cheerful bowl for your table or for a display.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
