This set of three vintage wine glasses in the Rambler Rose Clear pattern by Tiffin-Franciscan Glass. This pattern was made from 1937 to 1960.
The three glasses in the Rambler Rose pattern are rimmed around the top with a band of gold - this gold has an embossed design in it. The designs embossed in the gold rims features swirls, dots, lines and small flowers that could be roses. This embellished gold rim is approx. 3/8" wide. Under the gold encrusted band is a thin gold line. The bowls are also slightly ribbed or paneled giving them an optic look.
The bases have a thin line of gold trim all around them.
Very elegant look and feel - and sell on a replacement website for 23.99 each.
Measure approx. 6 1/2" tall and the base is 2 7/8" in diameter. The glass top has a 3 1/2" sized opening.
The three glasses are in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Wear to the glasses commensurate with vintage age. Tiny bubbles in the glass here and there consistent with blown glass.
