Sorry, this item has sold.

Wonderful vintage LE Smith Glass Company single clear glass horse statue or bookend that is in a rearing up stance with front legs folded under.

The mane is a series of rounded glass and the flowing tail reaches down to the rectangular base. The animal is hollow at the base up to the tail and then from there up is solid glass.

This retro home or library decor piece is circa 2000.

This bookend is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks in the glass. Very light wear commensurate with vintage age.

The single statue or bookend measures approx. 7 1/2" high and is 3" wide. The horse weighs about 3 lbs. before packing for shipment - a bit hefty for its size.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
