Vintage Glass Candleholders Mix 2nd Time Around Collection - 6 Retro Colorful Home Decor Candlestick Holders Depression Era thru Mid Century
A beautiful and colorful one-of-a-kind set of six vintage glass candlestick holders from the 1920-1980s time frame.
Each glass candle stick holder in this 2nd Time Around retro combo has a unique color and design. This cheerful set includes a blue, green, clear, pink, red/amberina and an clear black colored glass candle holder.
Details:
- Red Amberina: is red with a twist on the red/orange/yellow mid section with a round base and top edge, and is the highest in this set at 8" high. This holder was made by Cambridge circa 1920s.
- Clear: features a round paneled base with some panels just below cup that holds the taper. It is 6 1/2" high. I believe this is by Fostoria and is circa 1980s.
- Pink is a light mauvy pink and has a round base and a wafer below the round top edge. It is third highest at about 6" high. Unknown manufacturer.
- Black: a smoky black color with a tri-footed base and a wide and wavy lip area at the top. Three nice "cords" of glass are below this wide section that give it a great look. This holder stands 3 7/8" tall. I believe this is by Viking glass.
- Green: a Depression era glass by Imperial Glass in their Twisted Optic Green pattern with a round base that has an optic swirl pattern. The top cup section paneled. It is 3 1/2" tall. It was produced from 1927 to 1930.
- Blue - a light blue Caprice Moonlight by Cambridge Glass Co. that was in production from 1937-1953. It has a round curvy pattern in the base, ribbing on the cup and an indented design on the lip. It is the shortest of the six and stands 2 1/2" high.
The holders range in size from 8" high to 2 1/2" high. The bases range from approximately 4 1/4" in diameter to 2 1/2" in diameter.
Each piece in the set of 6 is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Light wear commensurate with vintage age.
