Vintage Amethyst Pair Glass Candle Holders w/ Purple Clear Glass Accents - Set of 2 Candlestick Holders Retro Home Decor
Antique pair of purple clear glass tall candle stick holders (possible Tiffin - these could possibly be Tiffin candlestick holders but I am unable to find anything like them in my research.)
The two candle holders feature a wafer under the cup section and three more bands moving downward toward the round wide base. One band of thicker glass is below the wafer and there are two about 1" apart that appear just above the base. The base is 1/2" high and is round in shape.
The candlestick holders are rather hefty each one weighting over a pound (before packaging).
Measure 9 1/3" high. The bases have a 4 1/2" diameter. The tops have a 2 1/4" diameter. They hold a regular sized taper.
In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There are bubbles in the glass here and there typical of blown glass. Very light wear certainly commensurate with vintage age. Circa mid century or earlier.
