Vintage Hand painted Floral / Flowers on Glass Jar w/ Dome Lid - Round Candy Pedestal Dish w/ Gold Trim Dogwood Blossoms - White Green Gold

Sorry, this item has sold.

A vintage hand painted clear glass lidded Candy Dish or Candy Jar with some gold accent trim. This piece has a round shape and the lid is domed. There are painted white flower blossoms and buds all over the lid and the jar section that feature green leaves. The white flowers in bloom have yellow, red and brown centers. There are gold accent lines around the base, the top edges, lid and on the knob on the lid.

Measures about 7 1/4" high with the lid on. It is about 4 1/2" high without the lid on. The top opening is 5" across. The round base has a 4" diameter.

In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is some wear on the gold trim in a few places that is commensurate with an item that is from the mid century. See photos for detail.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
