An Art Deco style vintage brass vase that has a fan shape and a square base. The top section, while being brass, has pink paint or enamel all over the very decorative design. The design on the main section of the vase features a central pineapple shape surrounded by vines and leafy designs. At the top is a bow. The sides have a brass stripe that shows as it was not painted/enameled with the pink. The bottom of the V section of the fan vase is solid, but the top 2" is a lattice or openwork design. The base is all brass and has a design of ribbons and bows along with some decorative vertical lines.
The vase is about 8 1/2" high x 7 1/2" wide. The sides of the square base are 3" long.
This retro vise is in nice vintage condition. One side of the vase has worn enamel at the very bottom where it meets the brass colored base - see the photos to show the comparison of both sides of the vase.
Would look great on a mantle, bookshelf...or just about anywhere in your home.
