Extra Large Art Glass Vase - Vintage Green Painted Glass Vase w/ Gold & White Trim - Retro Hone Decor
This item is a large vintage art glass vase with a Greco Roman scene in white that appears three times around the mid section. There are five gold bands around the vase at the top, bottom and in between the different sections with different diameters.
The base has a large rounded rim at the top and then below that, it tapers down. This is where the white scene appears. The section below is a shorter and wider bulging area. Below that is the base section that tapers in and then widens out to the round base bottom. There are ornate designs on the different sections with intricate swirled and lacy and floral designs. The five gold painted bands between the different areas help to delineate the vase’s sections. The bands are about 1/2" wide except for the top band which is closer to 1/3" wide.
Lovely green color - very vibrant.
Vase measures approximately 15 1/2" tall and is 7 1/4" wide at the widest part - at the top.
This vintage home decor vase is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks - a lovely home decor piece.
