2 Vintage Bookends Pair Rheims, France Cathedral - Gold & Brown Shabby Chic Gothic Retro Library / Home Decor

$41.25

Sorry, this item has sold.

Great mid century pair of bookends that feature a gold colored depiction of the famous cathedral in Rheims, France. The building is set against a rust brown background. They are quite heavy and my guess is they are made of chalkware. They weigh about 4 1/2 lbs. before packaging for shipment.

The Rheims cathedral in France is an example of high Gothic architecture at its finest. These bookends have the word Rheims in a cursive font signed on the bottom right side.

Measure each about 7" high and are about 5" wide. They are about 2 1/2" deep.

Old green felt is still on the backs and the bottoms of this pair of vintage bookends. They are in nice vintage condition with light chipping here and there. They have a shiny surface.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
