An off-white vintage pitcher in a traditional shape with a red, yellow and blue floral center section. The flowers has dark green leaves and there are some little flower accents as well. The flowers appear to be roses. The handle, the neck and around the spout have some dark green lined accent trim. This Steubenville pitcher most likely had a top but not at the present time!
I believe the stamp on the bottom dates this pitcher from the early to mid century.
In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is crazing all over this milk pitcher - on the handle, the sides, the insides and the bottom.
Beautiful retro milk pitcher! Some wear on the bottom as would be expected an item of this age.
Hallmarked on the bottom -
Steubenville Ivory with a castle pictorial in black. The number 138 is handwritten in green as well.
This mid century or earlier aged pitcher measures approximately 7" high, it is 6 1/2” across from the end of the handle to the tip od the spout. It is 6“. The bottom has a 5 `1/2“ diameter.
