Pair of Vintage Apple Bookends Metal Matching Set of 2 -Red W/ Green on Stems Open Cutout Metal - Home Library Shabby Chic Decor

$30.00

Vintage pair of apple bookends that are a great shabby chic addition to any library! They are on the heavy side and weigh 4 1/2 lbs. before packaging for shipment.

Adorable set of two matching openwork apple bookends. They are metal and the apples are red with green painted on the outside of the stems. They are mounted on black metal holders. There is a tab on the back side to sit under the books they hold.

Each bookend measures 7" high and 5" wide. With the tab that goes under the books, they are 8" long. Without this tab, they are 6" long. The apple cutouts measure approximately 6" high x 5' wide.

The pair are in nice vintage condition. A few use marks, and lots of chips to the paint all over both the apple shapes and the black mounts they are on. Some rust on the tab pieces.

Absolutely adorable piece of vintage farmhouse decor!

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
