This small charm consists of the canteen body and the sling. The sling is delicate and swivels. One side of the canteen is stamped with a “U.S.” while the other has “GETTYSBURG.” The letters are raised on the surface of the canteen.
The canteen has a small brass bale that is a round loop at the top of the sling.

The canteen hangs from a new 20" long very fine 14K gold filled chain has a spring ring clasp closure.
Weighs 6.0 grams in total.
The chain is marked 14K GF on the clasp. The spring ring clasp opens and closes securely.
In nice vintage condition with light wear consistent with vintage age - circa 1980s. Still pretty sweet.
