Vintage German teapot marked in a green stamp JLMENAU Graf von Henneberg Porzellan on the bottom. It also says MADE IN THE GERMAN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.
This 5 cup capacity teapot was made in Germany. It is white with a lovely floral design on the sides that consists of a large pink rose, 3 small purple flowers, 3 orange flowers, 2 yellow flowers, a spring of blue flowers, and a peach colored bloom, all on green stems with some flowing green leaves. There is gold accent trim around the top edge of the teapot and around the edge of the round knob on the lid. The teapot top edge has 4 scalloped spots on the top, that make "seams" on the teapot's top section. The teapot is circa 1940s.
