Bold and beautiful, black depression era double handled glass vase. The vase has a classic shape and has a ruffled scalloped top edge. Around the base at at the top 1/3 of the vase are some lines of silver trim. The trim at the top section consists of a wide band of trim between 2 thinner silver bands or lines. The original TIFFIN sticker in silver foil is still intact at the round base - see photos. IT says TIFFIN and has the stylized T used for their hallmark.
Size: Measures approx. 9'' tall and 6 1/4'' wide at the top.
In nice antique condition with no cracks or chips. There is wear to the silver bands around the top section and around the trim on the base - some of the thick and thin lines are more worn in some areas than others. Some light use marks here or there. Item's price reflects conditions.
Still a gorgeous and eye-catching piece - would make a great addition to a shelf, table centerpiece or window sill.
