Adorable set of hallmarked Lefton salt and pepper shaker and creamer set that is numbered on the bottoms. The creamer is numbered NE20592 and the salt and pepper shakers are numbered NE2760. While the numbers are different, the pattern is the same. There is a tan brown background with the front of each piece featuring fruit. The creamer includes a pear, an apple, a green apple, grapes and cherries with some light colored leaves. The salt and pepper shakers have an apple, grapes, pear, and cherries on the front. The backs have a little cluster of two purple plums. The handle of the creamer is gold. The tops of the salt and pepper have a gold floral / snowflake design.
The bottoms of each have the Lefton China hallmark and a copyright symbol. The creamer also says hand painted and Reg US Pat Off.
Both the salt and the pepper have rubber stoppers in the bottom.
Measurements:
Creamer - 4" tall and 4" from top of spout to end of handle
pepper & pepper shakers - 21/4" tall and the tops have a 1 3/4" diameter
In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Light wear on bottoms as would be expected items from the mid century.
