Truly one-of-a-kind! (And kind of like Grand Ma used to have.)This 3D wall hanging in a large oval frame features two little red headed birds perched on a branch. The branch has little yellow and blue flowers and some red berries on it.
The background is flocked red wall paper that reminds one of a house of ill repute circa late 1800s or early 1900s or Grandma's parlor - whatever the background, these birds aren't talking. The sit silently calling out the style typical of past times. The frame says ITALY on the bottom back and while it has a wood look, it appears to be plastic or Syroco.
Even the back of this wall hanging has this same red flocked wallpaper look. Has a hook on the top back for hanging too. The top of the hook for hanging has some light decorative etching on it.
Measures approx. 16" long by 12" across. About 2" deep.
In nice antique or vintage condition with no cracks in the frame or on the 3D birds and branches. The birds perched on tan and brown branches have great muted shades of blue, red, green, brown, yellow and show wear typical of this age item.
