Antique Moschendorf PM Bavaria Germany Porcelain Trinket Dish Textured Gold - Dish w/ Handle Gold - Retro Vintage Home Decor

Sorry, this item has sold.

Antique PM Moschendorf Bavaria gold porcelain trinket box in a three sided shape with curled edges.

In excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. Beautiful! Has a shiny finish inside and a textured finish on the outside. Some wear on the bottom as would be expected an item of this age.

Hallmark on the bottom - see photo #5. This PM Bavaria hallmark was used by Moschendorf Porcelain factory located in Bavaria and indicates this item has a late 1890s manufacturing date.

All of the company's experience and good reputation could not help the factory following massive financial problems, and the factory closed on November 23, 1957.

The sides (the three of them) are each approx. 5" long. The side with the handle is about 6" across from the end of the handle to the other side.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
