Vintage Fenton Pair Ebony Glass Candlestick Holders - Set of 2 Vintage Nine Petal Candle Holders - Three Legged Black Amethyst Glass

Sorry, this item has sold.

Two Vintage Fenton Nine Petal Ebony Glass Candle Stick Holders

Striking vintage pair of *black glass candle holders that have three small curved legs on the bottom. Also feature a starburst design or rim of 9 pointed petal shapes in a low dish style.

These hold a regular size candlestick. The low dish design ensures the dripping candle wax goes into the dish and not your tablecloth.

I believe these were made by Fenton and are circa 1930 to 1940s.

They are approx. 4 1/2" across at widest point and 2" high.

*Black glass was popular at that time and is known for its black look but when held up against a strong light, a violet color can be seen through the black glass.

One of the pair is in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The other has some scratching on the inside ring around the hole (in the circular depression) that holds the candle that is noticeable upon close inspection.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
