Vintage Dog Doorstop - WATCHDOG Heavy Cast Metal Door stop Spaniel Dog w/ Clock Insert - Off White & Black Spaniel Shabby Chic Home Decor

Sorry, this item has sold.

Vintage dog doorstop that has a clock insert on one side. The dog looks to be a spaniel to me, and has an ivory coat with black spots here and there. His ears are long and he has lots of fur markings on his coat. There is a pink line along his mouth. His eyes are black. This dog is hollow inside and has 2 screws on one side to open him up.

The clock insert works and keeps accurate time - it takes a AA battery. The clock mechanism can be pried out from the front to change the battery.

He is very heavy - weighs in over 7 lbs. before packaging.

Measures 10" tall. The oval base is 3 1/2" x 6".

In nice vintage condition with lots of chips to the paint - perfect "watchdog" for a shabby chic decor!

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
