Vintage dainty 10K yellow gold band with alternating lab created blue gemstones and diamonds. This retro ring is set with four round faceted blue Spinel stones and three round faceted diamonds across the front of this slender band - a perfect ring for a pinky or midi ring. The back of the ring is plain with no design.
The seven round (most likely lab created) gem stones are all prong set. The 4 Spinel stones are approximately 2mm in size while the 3 diamonds are approximately 1mm.
