A petite classic vintage heart shaped locket necklace on a vintage 12K gold filled cable link chain. The front and back of this Retro Era locket are plain with no design. The edges are beveled. The small locket hangs on a vintage 12K gold filled cable link chain with a spring ring clasp. The bale is a fanned diamond shape and has some decorative ridges on the front.
The interior of the locket contains two photo compartments. The locket opens and closes securely.
Approximate Measurements:
Chain: 18'' long.
Locket: 1/2" long and approx. 1/2" wide.
Chain is marked 1/20 12K GF on the spring ring clasp.
The locket and chain are in nice vintage condition with use marks and wear commensurate with vintage age - circa mid century or earlier. Some wear to the locket on the edges where the base metal can be seen. Patina on the chain as would be expected. See photos for detail. Price reflects conditions.
