A beautiful yellow depression glass sugar and Creamer set in Depression Era style and an eye-catching design all around each of them. They are in two different patterns: Sharon Amber and Recollection Amber.
The creamer is in the pattern Sharon Amber made by Federal Glass from 1935 - 1939. The open sugar is in the pattern called Recollection Amber by INDIANA GLASS.
The design on the creamer features raised roses with leafy vines in each of the ribbed panels. The open sugar has panels that have raised ornate designs and a bit of a garland connecting the ribs under the two handles.
These depression era pieces have some small air bubbles in the glass here and there typical of depression glass - see photo closeups.
Measurements:
Sugar - 3 1/4" high
Creamer - 3 1/2" high
In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Light wear typical of vintage glass item that is circa 1930s.
Still very lovely and a unique mismatched pattern set with the same amber color!
