Vintage Norcrest Bird Statue Figurine China - White Dove or Pheasant with Gold Accents - Mid Century Bone China Original Stickers - Japan
This beautiful white bird with gold accents is made by Norcrest in Japan. The dove is white with gold accent paint (drawing in the feathers, eyes, etc.
Original sticker is still intact - on the front bottom is a sticker that says Norcrest Japan. There is also a stamp for the product number "A-193".
Measures approx. 6 3/8" high. Is about 2 3/4" across at widest point. Base is a 2 3/4'' circle.
This lovely ucagco piece is in great vintage condition for it's age - No chips or cracks. Some wear on bottom as would be expected for an item that is 50 or more years of age. Also, some light wear to the gold paint in spots (the beak and on the base where the legs are drawn in) - see close up photo (2nd photo) for details.
Lovely detail on bird - simple and unique.
