Vintage Black Cast Iron Trivet - Sunburst Stamped JZH 1948 - Midcentury Kitchen Trivet - John Zimmerman Harner Stove Trivet
Beautiful solid cast iron black trivet with a matte finish in the front and a bit shinier finish on the bank. It is in the Sunburst pattern. It is dated 1948 on the back and stamped with the mark of JZH for John Zimmerman Harner, a company that made a number of these types of black cast iron trivets in the 1940s through the 1960s.
Lovely trivet! Very unique and ornate.
Measures 8 1/2" long x 5" wide.
Good vintage condition, slight signs of use. Great for dining table accent, kitchen or wall decor.

This cast iron has some great design features. Would be happy as a hard working trivet or simply a decorative piece. Either way I love it! Wonderful vintage piece, a classic ! Thank you !
