Antique Pottery Vase - Art Deco Cornflower Blue w/ White Handpainted Flowers Lines 4 Legs - Black Diamond Hallmark - Squat Short Oval Vase

Sorry, this item has sold.

Very unusual short squat blue pottery vase with white flowers, vines and lines sitting upon 4 short pedestal legs. This vase is an oval shape and flares on the sides a bit. This vase appears to be quite old. It is a nice cobalt blue color with off-white flowers and designs and an off-white interior.

On the bottom is a black diamond stamped with what appears to be some numbers or letters that I am unable to decipher. There may also be an artist's mark - looks like there is a letter, then a U and a V.

Measures about 9" across and is 3" wide. It is 4 3/4" high.

In fair antique condition with no chips. There is crazing all over and some hairline cracks in various places. Bottom inside has some discoloration often seen with antique pottery.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
