Mid Century Stangl 5 Cup Teapot w/ Lid Wild Rose - Vintage Kitchenware Pottery - Large Retro Serving Kitchen White w/ Pink Flowers

Sorry, this item has sold.

1960s Stangl large 5 cup teapot and lid in the Wild Rose pattern. This pattern was produced by Stangl from 1955 to 1978. The pattern features a pink rose on an ivory background with green leaves. The interior has a rusty brown color. This brown color is also used as an accent on the stem.

In nice vintage condition with no cracks. There are two chips on the spout - see photo close ups. Item's price reflects this condition. Still quite usable or for display in a collection.

Measures 6 1/2" tall with the lid on and 4 5/8" without the lid on. It is about 10" across form tip of spout to end of handle. Top opening is about 4 1/2" across - pretty wide mouth to this retro teapot.

Weighs 2 1/2 lbs. before packaging for shipment.

MAKER/MARKINGS:
Signed on the bottom Stangl in cursive inside an oval in brown. Also has a hand written letter or two in green that I am unable to make out.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
