Beautiful L&M or Lipper and Mann china jar or dish with a lid that features a colorful floral pattern on white with plenty of gold accents. The gold is especially prominent on the top of the lid on the knob and on the four "feet" on the pedestal base. There are gold stripes and looped rims in various places as well as vertical stripes on the very bottom of the base. The flowers with greenery around them on the lid and the side of the jar are in red, blue, pink, violet, yellow, orange a light shade of gray. This items is circa 1940s.

This lovely lidded trinket dish is hallmarked on the bottom with Bond Ware, a crown and L&M in gold - see last photo.

Measures 6" high to top of knob on the lid. The base portion alone is 4 1/4" high. The lid has a 4 1/2" diameter. Top of the jar at its widest is 5 1/4" across.

In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks and light wear. Gold trim is in nice shape for an item that is circa 1940s.
