Vintage Cobalt Blue Hobnail Glas Vase / Jar Bottom - Heavy Tall Blue Glass Vase - Fenton Glass

Sorry, this item has sold.

Cobalt blue hobnail Fenton Glass "vase" or bottom of a candy jar with a lovely hobnail finish and a scalloped top rim . This originally had a lid and was a container but it is still to pretty to not be used and enjoyed.

This "vase" has a smaller cone shaped pedestal base. The bowl sits on top. The base and the top section have a hobnail finish. On the very edge of the bowl on top, there is a clear blue glass edging that is a scalloped design with 8 points on this scallop.

The lovely piece is in nice vintage shape with no cracks or chips. (Which is probably more than I can say for the missing lid.)

Measures 8 1/2" high and is in 4 1/2" in diameter at the top. The base has a 3 1/4" diameter.

Weighs 2 3/4 lbs. before packaging for shipment - quite a hefty piece for its size.

This glass vase (jar bottom) with its beautiful shade of cobalt blue make it outstanding.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
