Sorry, this item has sold.

This is a wonderful vintage carnival prize - a copper horse. These horses were given as as prizes for midway games during the 1930's through the 1950's at carnivals and fairs when Western shows and movies were very popular. They reflected the interest at the time.

This retro horse is in nice vintage condition with some patina commensurate with his vintage age. This type of carnival prize horse was usually hollow, made of cast metal and then had a copper colored finish, as this does.

The original key chain reins are still intact. A great vintage patina all over too.

Approx. measurement 4 1/4" high by 5 1/2" long from the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail. He's wearing a Western saddle and tack with some flowers, dots and other decorative designs on it.

Great little item from yesteryear for a bookcase, desk or dresser!

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
