Vintage Pink Glass Center Handle Tray & Silver Rim - Retro Depression Pressed Glass Sandwich Serving Dish Circa 1940s Floral Silver Band Rim

Sorry, this item has sold.

A vintage Pink Serving Dish with Center Handle and a decorative silver rim on the outer edge. The silver rim has a floral pattern on it that also has little berry shapes, leaves and some vertical lines. This silver border is about 1" wide and goes all the way around the dish. On the underside, this appears vary dark, almost a black in color.

This piece is a depression glass is circa 1940s. It has an angular shaped handle with a straight top on the loop of the handle.

Measures approx. 11" in diameter. With the handle, it is about 4" tall.

In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The silver rim has some patina and light wear commensurate with vintage age - it could probably be polished if you are not appreciative of some patina. Quite a lovely serving pink glass dish or tidbit tray.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
