Vintage Westmoreland White Old Quilt Pedestal Dish & Lid - Retro Milk Glass Compote Home Decor - Candy Dish w/ Textured Glass

Sorry, this item has sold.

A vintage lidded white milk glass candy dish by Westmoreland. The dish is in a square shape and has a shirt pedestal base that is round.

The Westmoreland pattern is called Old Quilt and it was in production from about 1940 to 1984. This is a great piece of retro pressed glass and has so many possible uses - candy dish, trinket box, or a neutral decor piece in any room.

This glass lidded dish has the Westmoreland stamp on the underside of the lid. It was referred to as a compote by the company although it really looks more like a lidded candy dish.

Measures about 4 3/4” high to the top of the knob on the lid. The sides of the square top are about 5" long.

In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
