A retro pair of round art glass low flat bowls that that are heavy and eye-catching. They are both an amber colored glass with dark red swirls throughout the glass.
These heavy glass bowls have pontils on the bottoms and air bubbles in various places typical of hand blown glass. This set of round amber glass bowls are circa 1970s.
The two low flat matching glass bowls are similar in size being about 1" different in diameter, so one bowl does fit inside the other.
Both of these large art glass bowls are approximately 2 1/2" tall. The sides are a about 1/4" thick. The two round low bowls have slightly different diameters:
Bowl 1 - diameter is 10 12" in diameter
Bowl 2 - diameter is 11 1/2" in diameter
These bowls are quite heavy weighing in at close to 7 pounds before packaging for shipment.
These great home decor pieces are in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some light wear typical of vintage items that are circa 1970s.
