Wonderful vintage genuine pearl necklace featuring a single strand of off-white or ivory colored 6-7 mm sized pearls. The necklace is 17" long or close to Princess Length. The classic pearl necklace is circa mid-century in age.
The retro pearl strand features all individually hand knotted ivory colored pearls on silk thread. This strand is from my mother's collection - she always thought pearls were the quintessential accessory.
The fish hook closure is Sterling Silver and is marked 925 on the inside of the fish hook clasp. In all there are 56 pearls on this single strand retro necklace.
This sterling silver clasp has a bit of decorative edging and opens and closes securely. The clasp is marked 925 for Sterling Silver.
This great length classic pearl necklace that would look wonderful with any outfit - a retro classic!
