Pair Vintage Porcelain Wall Plaques - Hallmarked/Stamped 2 Oval Victorian Man & Woman 3D Kitsch Mid century Wall Hangings / Decor
Cute and kitschy set of two 3D oval shaped Victorian era designed wall plaques from the mid century. The matching pair of man and woman wall plaques are ceramic and say PORCELAIN on the back. Both matching pieces feature a man calling out and a woman sitting by him. There is a brown tree and a pink rose also in the scene.They are in mirror image of each other - see photos for detail.
These vintage porcelain wall decor pieces are done in pastel colors including tan, pink, blue, green and brown. There is a thin gold line or border around the outer oval rim.
Each has a brass colored metal round ring made into the top of the ceramic plaque for easy hanging.
They are hallmarked on the back with a crossed double arrow hallmark, and the numbers 2395.
Perfect vintage wall decor for a hallway, bedroom, bathroom or living room.
Each retro plaque measures approx. 6 1/4” long and 5 1/4” wide. The people, trees, and flowers in the plaques are 3 dimensional pieces and as such, they stick out with some depth/dimension.
In nice vintage condition with wear commensurate with vintage age.
The mid century pair still look adorable on the wall and could be positioned in a variety of ways.
