Vintage Green Pedestal Bowl w/ Eagle & Starburst - Fostoria Retro Home Decor Avocado Green 1970s
A large and substantial dark green pedestal bowl. The bowl has a scalloped top edge and has panels on the sides. The panels have a round coin shaped decoration of an eagle or sunburst that alternate around the sides. These images are done in a frosted glass. The pedestal is also Ribbed.
The coins are an 1887 Liberty coin and the other is a sunburst that is supposed to be an Olympic torch symbol. This dish is circa 1970s and was made by the Fostoria Glass Co.
Measures 6 5/8" high. It has an 8 3/8" diameter across the top.
This retro pedestal dish is quite hefty weighing in at 4 1/2 lbs. Before packaging for shipment.
In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
