Vintage Pink Swirl Art Glass Bowl - Art Deco Style Short Pedestal Kitchen Home Decor Serving
A beautiful pink glass bowl that has a short pedestal base and an eye-catching swirl design all around the upper section. The molded glass bowl has 2 small handles that are applied to two of the sides that feature a curl at the top and the bottom. There is also a pair of little matching swirls on the pedestal base section. The swirl design gives more prominence to this large vintage fruit, salad, serving or home decor bowl.
This vintage bowl has some small air bubbles and discolorations in the glass here and there typical of molded glass - see photo closeups for details.
This oval bowl measures 10" long by 7 1/2" wide and about 5" high. (The pedestal section by itself is about 2" in height.) The oval base is 4 1/2" long by 3 1/2" wide.
This bowl is substantial weighing 3 lbs. before packaging for shipment.
In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Very light wear for a retro glass item that is circa 1940s-1960s.
