Vintage Cobalt Blue Pedestal Dish Scalloped Rim Retro Home Decor - Ca late mid century
Beautiful blue glass pedestal bowl or compote. The top bowl section has rows of 3 thumbprint type of oval shapes that are graduated in size with the top row being the largest. The stem has 6 panels giving it a faceted appearance. The base is round and has a slightly raised hexagon on the top close to where the stem meets the base.
Great detail on the stem and the pattern on the bowl section let’s a play of light shine through.
This vintage cobalt blue glass bowl measures 6 1/4" high. The top has a 7" diameter. The base has a 4 1/2" diameter. The bowl has a nice heft weighing in at more than 2 1/4 lbs.
This retro bowl - circa 1970s -1980s - is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
