Nice Anchor Hocking Fairfield Amber (yellow) heavy glass lidded Candy jar with 8 sides. Very thick, heavy glass and a great pointed knob on the top. the top has a burst of oval shapes that overlap each other all around a round center disc. The sides of the jar also have these oval shapes but they do not overlap each other on the sides. This retro jar has a pedestal base that has matching small oval depression all around it. These shapes reflect the light as it hits this candy jar. Anchor Hocking made this piece in the 1970s.

This jar is a yellow color or a very light amber and weighs slightly over 2 lbs. before packaging for shipment.

This light yellow glass antique or vintage lidded Candy jar measures approx. 6 1/2" tall. Top opening is 6" across. The base has a 3 3/4" diameter.

There are no markings and no cracks or on this retro glass jar. Light wear commensurate with vintage age.
