Mid Century Art Glass Table Lamp w/ Retro Glass Finial - Amber & Clear Art Glass Bulbous Flower Design
An amazing vintage lamp from the mid century that is a bulbous squat round art glass main base section with an elongated clear glass finial.
This retro lamp is amber or a dark orange and clear art glass. The amber glass forms a flower shape on the top of the bulbous glass base. The flower shape is very 1970s when “flower power” was a big thing.
There is a round wood base under the glass portion of the lamp. The wood base has green felt on the bottom to protect the surface it is placed upon from scratching.
The lamp measures 25 1/2” high to the top of the glass finial. The glass and wooden base alone are 13” high. The glass globe or body section of this retro mid century lamp has an appropriate 11” diameter.
This retro home decor table lamp is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Light wear commensurate with vintage age.
The elongated tear drop shaped clear glass finial that screws into the harp has a waxy substance at the base to keep it from moving around - see photo closeup.
