A never used 2 Piece champagne or wine stopper and bottle holder set in its original box that features 24% full lead Crystal made by Royal Crystal for the May Company. The pressed glass pattern features a fan shaped series of arched lines. The top of the wine bottle holder/coaster has a scalloped edge as well. The box says MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC, PRINTED IN AUSTRIA, Copyright symbol 2000, and MAY DEPARTMENT STORES COMPANY.
The bottom of the coaster s a round Starburst design.
The set consists of a wine bottle coaster or holder and a matching bottle stopper with an ornate design pressed in the glass. As this set is lead crystal, it is on the hefty side weighing in at about 3 1/2 lbs. before packaging for shipment.
The two piece set is in the original box that is labeled Royal Crystal and dated 2000.
The measurements for this giftware set are:
Coaster - 5" diameter and 3" high
Stopper - 5" long
The set is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Looks like the set was never used!
