A large metal Liberty Bell shaped wall art piece from the mid century made by Sexton. It is dated 1970 on the back. This vintage wall hanging is made to look like the Liberty Bell complete with the crack and the text on the front from the maker Pass & Stow. The top section is make to look like wood and is a brown with black accent color. The bell portion itself is made to look like metal and has some green verdigris (faux green color of oxidation) that makes it look authentic.
There is a hook for hanging on the wall on the top back of this large metal plaque.
This large metal wall decor item is stamped SEXTON 1970 USA on the back.
The retro wall hanging measures 13" inches long by 11" inches wide at the widest end. It is about 1 3/4" in thickness.
It is in nice vintage condition with no issues. Slight wear and chipping of paint commensurate with vintage age - see photos for detail.
