A vintage Art Glass bowl featuring a fruit shape with a little stem on one end and a pointed section on the end. The little stem end has a couple of lines pressed into it, making it look like a woody stem on a piece of fruit.
The retro bowl or dish has clear glass on the exterior and under that is a reddish orange glass. The exterior glass is turquoise. There is a wide layer of white glass cased in between the red and turquoise making for a lovely and colorful rim edge to this dish or bowl, especially where the red glass spills over the white glass and looks like it is orange.
While it is unmarked, I would guess the dish is Murano art glass. This bowl is circa mid century.
This retro and unique shaped home decor piece measures 10 1/2” long and is 8” wide. It is about 2 1/4” high.
It is in very nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There are tiny bubbles throughout the piece typical of hand blown glass.
