Vintage Glass Candleholders Mix 2nd Time Around Collection - 6 Retro Colorful Home Decor Candlestick Holders Depression Era thru Mid Century
A bright and colorful one-of-a-kind set of six vintage glass candlestick holders from the 1940-1970 time frame. The tall Art Deco style clear candle holder is leaded glass and the shape is fantastic. The pink Depression glass candle holder has a unique square base that features etched flowers and leaves all around it. The top is also square - very special as are the purple, green and tall amber glass holders that are in this colorful mix.
Each glass candle stick holder in this 2nd Time Around retro combo is a unique color and design. This colorful set includes a light blue, light green, clear, pink, amber and an amethyst colored glass candle holder.
- Amber glass candle holder. It is the second tallest in the set. It has a traditional shape yet is glass.
- The pink holder is etched Depression glass with a square base and a square top - circa 1930s. While the shape is square, the edges of the squares are rounded. There are etched flower designs on the base. It is the fourth tallest in the set.
- The green glass holder is a light shade with a round base and is the shortest height in this set.
- The clear candlestick holder is leaded glass in a square Art Deco design that has an hourglass shape. The sections on the bottom and top are tiered - see the last photo. It is quite heavy. It is the tallest in this collection.
- The blue holder has a more mod shape it is shaped like a dumbbell. It has the smallest width of the base and is the fifth shortest in this collection.
- Virgina Amethyst by Fostoria - the amethyst candle stick holder has paneled sides and base. It is the third highest in this collection.
The holders range in size from 7" high to 2 1/4" high. The bases range from approximately 4 1/2" in diameter to 2 1/2" in diameter.
Each piece in the set of 6 is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Light wear commensurate with vintage age.
