Vintage Baby Wall Hanging Doll Toy Co Dated 1952 - Retro Infant Child Room Decor

A vintage baby two piece wall hanging that features a cradle and a tree branch or bough wall hanging and birds holding a blanket under meath it that is dated 1952. (It reminds one of the song Rock a Bye Baby.)

This retro wall hanging is made of a thick cardboard and is printed on the top side and is a plain tan/grey on the back. The tree branch and the blanket shapes are cut out so they are slightly three dimensional.

There are a couple of holes for hanging but you can also use the cut out areas to hang it up.

The colors used on this mid century baby room decor piece are white, pink, red, blue and a bluish green.

The wall hanging seems perfect for a baby‘a room.

The company that made this is marked on the bottom left front. It says COPYRIGHT 1952 THE DOLLY TOY COMPANY TIPP CITY, OHIO.

The cradle is about 10” x 8” and the blanket is 15” x 8”.

The 2 piece hanging is in nice vintage condition with wear commensurate with vintage age.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
