Vintage Libbey Golden Foliage Cocktail Set - Retro Pint Pitcher w/ 4 Glasses - Detachable Gold Metal Handle Mad Men Era Mid Century Barware
Great vintage cocktail set consisting of a pitcher and a matching set of four liquor glasses. The 16 ounce pitcher and the 3 ounce cocktail glasses were made by Libbey in its very popular mid century Golden Foliage pattern that was produced from 1952 to 1978. The pattern is a white frosted band with gold leaves on it. The glasses have a thin gold rim at the top edge.
This is the pint pitcher and the liquor cocktail size glasses. The pitcher has a gold tone metal handle that curls around the base. The glasses are a nice heft in the hand and have a decorative wafer under the bowl.
This mid century cocktail set of 4 glasses with the pitcher has no cracks or chips. There is some wear commensurate with vintage age on the gold tone handle - see photos for detail.
Each piece has the script "L" for Libbey on the bottom.
The pitcher measures 5" tall and holds 16 ounces.
Each liquor glass measures roughly 3" tall and holds about 3 ounces.
