A vintage 6 piece set of small black walnut wood bowls signed by the artist Avery Gentile on the bottom.
This unique set of six small matching yet different wooden bowls have a beautiful dark walnut brown color and great wood grain. Each one is a different size and shape - some have curved edges, some tapered edges and some straight edges and they all have different diameters.
Rich walnut wood with nice grain and a variation of dark and lighter wood colors - see photos for detail.
The bottoms are all hand signed by Avery Gentile.
Sizes:
largest - 7” diameter, 1 1/4” high with a rounded straight edge
next largest - 6 1/2” diameter with a 1 1/2” high tapered edge
mid size - 5 1/2” diameter with a 1 1/4” rounded straight edge
mid size - 5 1/4” diameter with a 2” high curved edge
smaller - 4 3/4” diameter with a 1/2” high straight tapered edge
smallest - 4 1/2” diameter, 1 1/4” high rounded edge
In nice vintage condition - a few use marks here and there as would be expected items that are circa 1980s.
