A beautifl and colorful one-of-a-kind set of six vintage glass candlestick holders from the 1940-1970 time frame. The amethyst candle holder with the encrusted gold trim and floral painted base is fantastic. The pink Depression glass candle holder has a unique scalloped etched rolled top edge - very pretty- but that's not all!
Each glass candle stick holder in this 2nd Time Around retro combo has a unique color and design. This cheerful set includes a blue, light green, clear, pink, yellow/amber and a painted gold encrusted amethyst colored glass candle holder.
Details:
- Amber glass candle holder with a block base and rolled edges. It is the shortest in the set at 1 3/4" high.
- The green glass holder is a light shade with a round base and is the second shortest height in this set at 2 1/4' high.
- The pink holder is etched Depression glass with a round base and a scalloped slightly rolled top - circa 1930s by an unknown manufacturer. There are etched flower designs on the top edge. It is the third shortest in the set at 3" high.
- The clear candlestick holder features a paneled shape by an unknown manufacturer. It is the tallest in this collection at 6 1/2" high.
- Blue Moon and Stars by LE Smith Glass. It is the second tallest in the set at 4 1/3" tall.
- Pink and Gold Encrusted Depression Glass with a colorful painted trim on the base section possibly by either Cambridge or Tiffin Franciscan. It is the third tallest in the set at 3 1/2" high. The flowers painted around the stem are shades of pink, blue, orange, yellow, white and green.
The holders range in size from 6 1/2" high to 1 3/4" high. The bases range from approximately 5" in diameter to 3 1/2" in diameter.
Each piece in the set of 6 is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Light wear commensurate with vintage age.
